Have you ever been let down by a party rental company that didn’t show up for the big day?

It’s heartbreaking to see a child in tears on their special day because the excitement they were promised never arrived.

One of the reasons we started Always Bouncing Party Rentals was to bring joy to children, families, and communities. We genuinely love what we do—and it shows in the way we operate our business.

Over the years, we’ve received more panicked, last-minute phone calls than we can count from parents whose original rental company didn’t show up. Whenever possible, we bend over backward to find them a bounce house, waterslide, or whatever else they need to help save the celebration.

In those moments, it isn’t about the money. It’s about coming through for a child who doesn’t understand why someone didn’t show up or why a truck had problems. They only know that it’s their special day—and they deserve to feel celebrated.

We are truly blessed to have a hardworking team and the equipment necessary to step in and “save the day” when we can.

Soooo…

I absolutely hate making posts like this. 😂

If you’ve followed us for a while, you’ve probably noticed we don’t post every day, we don’t make a bunch of videos, and we definitely don’t try to shove our business down everyone’s throat.

Honestly… we’d rather just show up, set up your rental, make sure everything is perfect, and let the inflatables do the talking.

The funny thing is, over the last few months we’ve had several people ask if we’re still in business. 😅 Others have told us they had no idea we had so many different inflatables to choose from.

I guess we’ve been a little too quiet.

For the last 8 years we’ve grown almost completely because of you. We don’t ask our friends or family to leave reviews. We don’t message customers asking them to go leave us a five-star review. Every review on our page came from someone who rented from us because they wanted to leave it.

Maybe that’s not the smartest business decision… but it’s just how we’ve always done things.

Every rental means something to us. Whether you’re renting a couple of tables or our biggest waterslide, we try to treat every setup like it’s for our own kids. We try to get there early when we can, leave it as long as possible, and make sure everything is right before we leave.

That’s how we’ve always done business, and it’s worked because of people like y’all.

So… we’re stepping out of our comfort zone.

Unfortunately, we are completely sold out of all big water slides. However, we still have a few bounce houses with attached slides available that can be used wet or dry, along with one Wet obstacle course left.

We held off on posting to make sure we could confidently handle all scheduled deliveries on time. We started deliveries yesterday and will continue through Saturday, so we’re now opening these remaining units up for rentals in the Bay City area.
