JMJ Ranch and Events, LLC 10 acre ranch, Veneta OR, on beautiful pastures, and a red barn perfect for any event needs!

JMJ Ranch and Events, LLC is a small working family ranch on over ten acres of lush, flat pastures bordered by evergreen trees, classic white fencing, a seasonal creek and spring, and oak tree patches. Our family lives on the west side of the ranch, while the events section is towards the east end. Each have their own gated entrances. We have ample parking for about 300 guests. The main focal point of this ranch is the large bright red barn, a dream location for so many and their events! It is closely located to a couple outbuildings also available for event use. Electric and water are also generously sprinkled around the event area. Soon to come is a six foot wide bonfire pit which will be encircled by rustic hay bales for ample seating! We also offer the use of a plush 33ft long trailer for use by event clients, which can be utilized as a "get ready" space for bridal parties or for any other similar needs. At this time we leave DJ equipment rental, table/chair rental, and restroom rental up to the event clients, but plan to include those as rental options in the near future. Along with your event fees, we do include event insurance. We do not currently have a set fee schedule, because we like to work with your budget, and all the different requests you may have. It will be a tailored price contract with each different client. The property is also available for any photography setting needs, from the green pastures, natural water areas, oak patches, or rustic building backdrops. We also currently have over 25 resident ranch animals, that you may get views of during events, photography sessions, but will also be nicely contained in gated areas. We do not have "beverage" rules, or curfews, and we also offer generous setup and cleanup times so as to reduce the stress of your event! We would like to offer our design expertise, event planning assistance, and encouragement to you for the ease and enjoyment of your event! Our dream is to share the blessing of this beautiful ranch to others and to fulfill dreams, and offer a fulfilling, stress free experience to all who utilize our venue!
