Chickpea Tikka Masala 🍽️ 🇮🇳

While technically it’s not Indian and created in Scotland, it is filled with beautiful aromatics and spices that evoke the essence of India and of course I add ginger and turmeric for its obvious gut healing and anti-inflammatory properties. I soaked and sprouted the chickpeas prior to cooking. This makes the chickpeas easier to digest. I also added coconut oil to the organic Jasmine rice.

This wasn’t for a client but just something I whipped up on a rainy day. 🌧️

Diet is essential for your wellbeing. You can’t go to the gym and ignore your diet. That’s like doing maintenance on your car but adding using canola oil on your engine.
