This wedding was the definition of “less is more” - the venue came with GORGEOUS antique pieces and stunning scenery, so the couple opted for simple decor to let the location speak for itself. Can you believe the bride made these floral pieces herself using wood flowers?

I was so grateful for Camille and Manny’s clear vision for their big day - it made it such a breeze to play my part. Pro-tip: most wedding planners are Type A (that’s why we’re great at our jobs), and that means we ~love~ a Type A couple. They speak our language! The more specific you are with your vendors about your wants and needs, the easier it is for us to bring them to life.

This rustic Stock the Bar party was so much fun to put together!

I made the frames using matte spray paint (hand-sanded to give them an aged look), cheese cloth ordered from Amazon, and faux greenery I picked up at Walmart. We hung them from the trees with twine and they made an adorable photo backdrop!

The centerpieces are made of faux florals, liquor bottles gifted by guests, and miniature vases I already had.

The mini-pies are some of my favorite to whip up - key lime for the bride, and Oreo pie for the groom. The sangria came from Sam’s Club - $7 a bottle!

Nothing like an ocean-themed baby shower to celebrate a mommy and daddy-to-be!

In lieu of a traditional guestbook, we made a set of ABC blocks that guests got to sign, along with late-night diapers and advice cards. Guests loved getting to leave their personal touches for the future parents.

Hi! My name is Chelsea, and I’m a wedding and event coordinator in South and Central Texas. I believe very strongly that the things (and people) we love are what define us, and that celebrating those things - in big ways and small - is the key to a truly joyful life.

Sometimes I get to plan weddings and sometimes I get to plan bach trips - hard to say which one is my favorite!

For this joint bachelor/bachelorette bash, I booked a cute condo on the beach and decorated in a combined theme of western (his) and beachy (hers). We were working with a variety of budgets so I found discount decor, pre-ordered groceries for cooking at the house, and recruited the wedding party to help with decorating. The t-shirts were handmade by yours truly using my trusty Cricut 💅🏼🌊

This trip was planned for some of my very best friends who I’m pulling triple-duty for (partial planner, coordinator, AND bridesmaid) so swipe to the end to see a bonus pic of me living my best life with the bride.

Sometimes people ask me if I’m tired of weddings, and the answer is this: I will never get over the privilege it is to hold someone’s hand on the most joyful day of their lives.

I will never cease to be in awe of the glow that lights the faces of a couple as they exchange their vows.

I will never be bored of singing Taylor Swift on the dance floor and watching a couple have the time of their lives.

Planning your wedding should be many things: joyful, exciting, and FUN. Unfortunately, it can also be stressful, scary, and overwhelming. The good news is that with the right people in your corner, it doesn’t have to be!

As your wedding coordinator, I want to be the captain of your hype squad. Let me do the things you don’t want to do, whether it’s gathering DJ quotes or scheduling cake tastings. I can be there every step of the way, from the first “Yes!” to the final “I do.” No event or detail is too small!

My services include any combination of the following:
• full wedding planning (you give me a budget, preferred date/location, and number of guests, then relax while I do the rest)
• day-of-coordinating (including decorating, scheduling, and vendor communication. DOC is included in all wedding packages over $650)
• pre-wedding event planning (rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, even bachelorette & bachelor parties!)
• vendor selection (venue, caterer, DJ, photographer, florist, bakery, bartender, etc.)
• decorating (theme weddings, color scheme selection, wedding party apparel, floral arrangements, centerpieces)
• legalese (navigating contracts, coordinating deposits and bookings, securing your marriage license, etc.)
