Our Story

Firehouse Skate ‘N Play is Vinton’s best place to roller skate. Firehouse Skate ‘N Play has been rolling in family fun since 2006.

After four months of EXTENSIVE renovations, the rink re-opened on February 9, 2006 under new ownership and management at 6 P.M. as the Firehouse Skate ‘N Play, Inc. This is the area’s most up-to-date and most attractive skating venue. The rink has been re-surfaced and there’s now an extensive playground attraction for kids under 10. The new sound and laser light system is awesome. Plus there is a full kitchen and seating area. Choose from over 500 rental skates including quad, inline and speed skates. As if that’s not enough, there are new amusement machines. Come and visit us to see the difference!
