Today we have our hand cut and seasoned fries covered in a blend of cheeses and topped with sautéed onions, a green hatch Chile sauce, with diced ribeye.

Been working on some more recipes. Today we got the Mongo. A bed of Spanish rice, topped with charro beans, seasoned potatoes, a mixture of steak, chorizo, bacon, and sausage with eggs served your preference. Blended with cheese, pico, and our creamy green sauce.
