Ever wanted to work on a bad ass food truck??
Well now is your chance!

Cooks, window workers, and prep cooks needed!

COOKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED if you're applying to be a cook. You'll be mostly left to your own devices once the crew is trained up, so self motivated people are desired! Pay is DOE plus tips!

Positions will be full or very nearly full time.

The trailer does have an A/C, so you're not just going to be suffering in a hot metal box. Granted... it gets warm, but nothing crazy unbearable.

If you're interested, stop by the restaurant (430 W. Main) and ask for Kelly, Jencie, or Liz.

Would like to see the trailer staffed and operational within the month!

Hello friends!

Here it is! We made it!

The restaurant is finally running smooth and doing well so like all sane people, I'm going to double our workload and open a second location!

Catch the trailer out at the 4th of July in the park celebration this coming Thursday at Pioneer Park for the grand re-opening of the big metal box that made it all possible!
