Hot Tip Thursday: Wedding Content Creation Edition 💐

I am on the newer side for Content Creation specifically with Weddings, but I do have over six years of Digital Marketing experience ☺️

For Marketing and Content Creation in general ➡️ I LOVE having options! I definitely take *too* many photos but I use those to my advantage for editing purposes. This similar photo I was able to capture in different moods and settings from editing using vibrant colors, to a warmer feel, to a classic black and white.

Just something fun I like to do behind the scenes and it gives my clients options ☺️

Extra Tip- this also helps when it comes to posting your own content on your page. You can manage the exact feel and setting that you would like to use! 📸

Rooftop at the Providence G offers ALL of your wedding needs: Situated in Downtown Providence: There’s the option to have your Ceremony on the rooftop (weather permitting), Cocktail Hour can also take place on the rooftop (has a separate covering to take place rain or shine), and their offers a beautiful blank canvas for you to host the reception 🥹

I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of two weddings at this venue within the last month and a half and I can say from experience that the staff are highly trained, extremely knowledgeable and are also extremely kind and helpful!

I highly recommend this venue for all of your Wedding & Event Planning needs!

📖Why have your guests sign a traditional guest book when there are SO many fun ways to incorporate the same idea?

Ronaldo’s 50th Birthday Party was Travel- themed and we had guests write their favorite memory with the guest of honor and had them secure it to where in the world it took place! ✈️

I actually stumbled upon this magnetic world map by complete accident, but when I found it I just KNEW it needed to be incorporated into this party theme!

What Does a Day Of Coordinator Do? 🤔The DOC does a little bit of everything! The main goals of course are ensuring that the Timeline for the day is running smoothly and on time while also keeping the soon-to-be newlyweds happy and stress-free! This includes a lot of communication with vendors, the venue, problem-solving and pivoting when necessary and taking the day one hour at a time while remembering what is happening next 🎉Many people find it helpful to hire a DOC as it takes the stress off of the couple along with their family and friends and gives all of the responsibility to someone else so they are all able to focus on having fun and supporting the couple in other ways on their big day!
