Time for a cast Shoutout to some of our amazing cast members!
First off, we want to congratulate Miles Stelson for receiving All-Star Cast at GHSA AAAAA State One Act Competition for his role in HCHS Department of Theatre production of Alice by Heart. This beautiful production was also awarded 1st place and featured our other cast members Abi Bragg and Brycen Warren as well. Congrats to all!

Three of our Cast members have received Nominations for individual Awards from Broadway World Atlanta. Tyler Stella was nominated for Best Performer in a Musical (non-professional) for his role in "Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" at The Lake Country Players. Tim Hinojosa was nominated for both Best Supporting Performer in a Musical (Non-Professional) for his role in "The Prom" at Macon Little Theatre, and Best Sound Design of a Play or Musical (Non-Professional) for his work on "Spring Awakening" at Macon Little Theatre. Chris Hendley was nominated for Best Performer in a Play (Non-Professional) for his role in "Mousetrap" at Macon Little Theatre.

🎂Today, we celebrate the incredible legacy of the real-life fairy godmother behind Fairytales & Friends, Myrtle Harbin. As the grandmother of our owner and founder, Myrtle filled her family's lives with the enchanting magic of fairy tales and holidays, bringing beloved characters to life such as Goldilocks and the three bears, Mrs. Claus, and even the Easter Bunny.

This enchanting influence inspired Heather years later to embark on her own journey of creating a character company. Myrtle played a crucial role in this journey—did you know that she lovingly created and sewed all of our original costumes? While many of these costumes have since been retired, they still hold a special place at our headquarters.

Our headquarters has always been located in Myrtle's home. During her college years, Heather needed a space to store the ever-growing collection of costumes and provide a place for performers to prepare for events, and Myrtle graciously welcomed everyone into her home. After Myrtle passed away in 2020, Heather purchased the home, ensuring it would remain the Fairytales & Friends headquarters to this day.

Myrtle was our biggest supporter and cheerleader, and we know she is looking down proudly on everything that Fairytales & Friends has become. We honor her memory in every performance, every day, but especially as we celebrate her birthday today. Happy Heavenly Birthday, Myrtle (Grandmommy)!

5:30pm-6:30pm Our Super Heroine and American Hero are so excited for an action-filled night with friends! You can meet and greet with our supers along with some Real Life Hometown Heroes!

🎊🌟We had a magical time at the NewTown Macon Community Tree Lighting at Fall Line Brewing Co. this weekend. Our Mean and Green one brought two of his closest friends to join the fun! We were thrilled to debut these characters at such a magical event!

Afterward, we enjoyed classic holiday shorts under the stars outside the Bibb Theater thanks to the Macon Film Festival. It was truly a fantastic and festive night in Downtown Macon!
