Another great cook this past weekend!! 18 racks of ribs with some pulled pork and chicken. (No chicken pics) Definitely not your average party order but we love smoking ribs and will never turn down an opportunity to fill the smoker with them!!

It seems we dropped off the map recently. August is always a whirlwind with the big Bass For Braydon Memorial Bass tournament and add in the BBQ side of our lives and next thing you know it is almost September. And for us its a very busy September and October!! So today was spent doing some much needed cleaning and maintenance to the smoker to get us ready to finish out the season strong. Definitely let it get to dirty but a "quick" clean has it ready to go!!

What do you do when someone gives you a bag of jalapeños fresh from their graden?

You go ahead and make some smoked pulled chicken and mango jalapeño rice. Add a tortilla, cheese, and some sauce and you got yourself a wrap!! It works in a bowl as well!!!
