Thanks everyone that came out today for the spring sale at Fishermans Central and got some of our BBQ! It was a good day and after the craziness that was the expo a few weeks ago it was nice to be able to take a breath and actual talk to some of you. Playing around in the laboratory today with some new seasonings I picked up at the expo last weekend. And......working on the "Cheesy Chicken" to go along with the "Cheesy Pig".

Had some time to put some numbers together from the Great Lakes Fishing Expo last week. We did 292 orders in around 7.5hrs over 2 days. We sold around 90 pounds of pulled pork, 103 pounds of mac n cheese, 42 racks of ribs, 13.5 pounds of coleslaw, and 60 pounds of beans!! Yall like your BBQ!!! Definitely set some event records for us!!!

Thanks again from all of us at Ditch Pickle for trusting us to feed you and your families! And last but not least a big thank you to our support staff for helping with this event each year! You know who you are and we appreciate you!! Without your help we wouldn't be able to serve as many people as we do!!!

Would like to thank everyone at the Great Lakes Fishing Expo for the opportunity to serve some of our delicious BBQ this weekend. Our ties to the local fishing community definitely makes this event mean just a little more. Not only do we get to serve you some delicious BBQ but it's always nice catching up with and seeing you guys.

We definitely went through some BBQ. And after our first event of the year it seems the new "Cheesy Pig" might just catch the ribs as the new customer favorite. Was a hit for sure!!

Next stop for us will be at the Fishermans Central show on Febraury 22nd!! (Weather permitting)

Holy pork butt!! Today was blur!!! Now time to get ready for tomorrow. Thanks everyone for stopping out to the Great Lakes Fishing Expo!! Went thru about 72 pounds mac n cheese 20+ racks of ribs, tons of pulled pork, and a boat load of beans!! Tomorrow we will have a VERY limited number of ribs available!! Come early to make sure you can feast on some of this grub! We are also sure to sell out of the mac n cheese early! The new menu item the "Cheesy Pig" was a hit!!! (Mac n cheese bowl topped with pork). So come out!!! Thanks again everyone who stopped by today!!!!
