Tina's Bar B-Q was established by Tina Stephenson in 1993 in Warsaw, KY. I come from a long line of butchers and cooks who have passed on their techniques and secrets to me. That doesn't mean I haven't tweaked a few things over the years. My father and I still argue the best way to cook, pull and serve pork. My answer is still, I do it the way my customers like it... That's why I' m still in busi

ness and can't get anyone else to want to learn to cook. I had to close my restaurant in February of 2011 due to medical reasons, but I am still doing catering and selling in bulk.
