What happens when the magic, hospitality and whimsy of The Inn at Little Washington comes to Washington, D.C.?

Last week, Linder Global Events had the privilege of helping Chef Patrick O’Connell bring the spirit of The Inn to Lisner Auditorium for the celebration of his new memoir, Main, Middle & Gay.

More than 1,500 guests gathered for a one-of-a-kind evening, with longtime friend and fellow chef José Andrés kicking off the event and acclaimed food critic Tom Sietsema joining Chef Patrick for a conversation about his remarkable life and career.

For one evening, the stage became The Inn. From the dining table, w**e and waiter onstage to truffle popcorn and ch*****ne for guests, every detail was designed to bring a little of The Inn’s magic to D.C. And, in true Patrick O’Connell fashion, there were plenty of unexpected moments, culminating in an unforgettable finale.
