Nice to virtually meet you. Hunter Brothers Productions have been in the Audio Visual industry for close to 25 years with over 20 years of corporate meeting and convention experience. We've worked all aspects from breakouts, to general session, exhibition halls and even presidential events such as the NATO Summit, The Nuclear Summit, The G8, G20 and other World Organization and National Events. . We handle labor, show management, equipment rental, webcasting, presentation capturing, interpretation systems, audio & video recording, sound, video, lighting and camera. We are well versed in all areas of the industry. Since there's 5 of us, each one of us puts a little more focus in certain areas, but we all hold our own in every position. Gary (our CEO) focuses mainly on video setups. Switching, projection, recording, webcasting, presentation capture, etc. He also brings in many of the clients as does Michael and Tim. Michael (CFO / Vice President) handles all of the finances of the company. He also focuses on video as well. He handles many of the video needs for large interpretation setups, robotic camera control, HD camera operation, video switching, projection and breakouts. As far as myself Timothy (Junior VP) I focus on bringing in new clients. Actually we all do, but over about the past year since I've taken my new position I've been handling most of the labor needs for our clients and working towards bringing in new clients and building relationships with them that last. I take pride in providing quality technicians and stagehands for our clients. Our goal is for an event to go as smooth as possible when we handle the labor for our clients. It takes the guess work out of the equation for companies who come from other states and don't know what they'll get with local labor. Since we work side by side with our freelancers we have built great working relationships, know who's strong in which areas and are able to staff shows accordingly. The largest show I've scheduled labor for at the moment was a 6 day 30 man call in which I managed labor between the general session, breakouts, exhibits while working side by side with the rest of the crew. Lots of walking. Felt like I was everywhere at once. My entire body was sore afterwards, but we pulled it off and the client was happy in the end. I also focus on interpretation sets, breakout management, audio, video and lighting. David (youngest brother) and Tazhaun (nephew/Gary's son) both deal with breakouts, interpretation and the Stagehand side of things. They are also well versed in the general session side of things and exhibition setup. When we run out of brothers for a gig we turn to our list of of experienced freelancers. If a client calls us for a job and we can't fill it with someone we know personally who will get it done correctly, efficiently and professionally we do not just fill the call with a body just to fill the call. We inform the client that we don't have anyone available whom we fill comfortable placing in the position and advise them that we do have other techs/freelancers available who may be able to get the job done, but aren't as knowledgeable as our preferred techs. It is then up to the client to decide if they want to roll the dice with our B List.
