While we missed pretty much every main event goal set, the night was overall positive, with good lessons learned, friendly feedback and multiple comments of “well we can do that different next year”.

Event success = heck no
Unique opportunity for development of the next generation of community caring individuals and empowerment through encouragement of failing forward = spot on!!
