Hello! I thought I would take the time to introduce myself! My name is Rochelle & I am the owner & lead Bartender behind Eido Bar Company! I love hearing the unique stories of each of you who have trusted Eido as your bar service. I love connecting with you, and it makes booking us as your bar service deeply personal!

I wanted to take some time to share a little of my own story and why Eido Bar Company was started. I've spent years honing my craft in bartending, and have been part of Maine's hospitality/ food & beverage scene since the age of 15! I've spent years bartending and catering weddings with Applecroft Catering, and have also bartended and catered weddings at Primo in Rockland, ME. I've worked for The Haiku Mill (Haiku Mill) Condé Nast's Top wedding venue, and have learned the importance of what it means to be a part of a client's most important day.

In 2022 I became pregnant with my son, and worked the majority of my pregnancy bartending weddings and events. I bartended an event on my due date, and went into labor shortly after. I planned for a normal delivery but it was anything but that.

The birth of my son brought unexpected challenges that I never expected I'd have to navigate. My life changed over night after almost losing him at birth. I'm so very grateful to say my son is safe and healthy and he is the reason behind this business venture. As a single mom it is my goal to not only provide for him, but to leave a lasting legacy for his family, and generations to come.

I loved this dreamy shoot with .amore.photography207 and how it highlights the nostalgic landscape of Eido Bar Company nestled amongst the trees at .watsonhomestead . This beautiful property, established in Hiram, Maine in 1785, is the oldest house in Oxford County. Located on 28 acres of rolling fields, soaring pine forests, stone walls and 1250 ft of S**o River frontage. The barn restoration is the latest in the evolution of Intervale Farm. Soaring ceilings and rustic hand hewn beams have been highlighted with new lighting, stained glass windows and ventilation. Step out the back to the privacy of the forest, wander the grassy field to the fire pit and birch altar or take the path to the rivers edge. It is the perfect venue for a charming, Maine wedding and I cannot wait to be back here!! What an amazing day, and a stunning shoot! When I think about what truly sets us apart, it's not just the cocktails we craft or the service we deliver—it's the stories we get to be a part of. Each event we cater is not just a gathering; it's a unique milestone in someone's journey. It makes booking a client deeply personal. While I get to hear the unique stories of each of them, not many know about my own.
I thought I’d introduce myself, and say hello. Hi, Rochelle here! 👋🏻 I’m the owner of Eido Bar Co. Some of you may or may not know me, so I wanted to share a piece of my story. I've spent years honing my craft in bartending and catering, learning the ins and outs of creating memorable experiences for people, and crafting delicious cocktails. I began waitressing when I was 15! I’ve worked in hospitality since that time, and have an array of bartending and serving experience.
I got into catering when I lived in Hawaii, and catered weddings and events with Maui Executive Catering for some of the most surreal venues like The Haiku Mill. I started catering again when I came back home here to Maine, and quickly fell in love with Maine & New England’s weddings and events scene.
In 2022 I became pregnant. I worked at Salt Wharf in Camden, Primo in Rockland, and was on my second year catering weddings with Applecroft Catering during that time. I worked the entirety of my pregnancy, and actually bartended a wedding on my due date while carrying my son —talk about dedication!
Life took an unexpected turn during the birth of my son. I faced major birth trauma and almost lost him. It was after my son’s birth, and time spent living in the NICU that I realized the life I knew before him was not something I was going back to. Instantaneously he became my biggest priority, and we both had a long road of recovery ahead.
I have had to navigate the challenges of caring for a child with special needs all while carrying the burdens of being a single parent. He’s in Physical Therapy weekly, and I have watched him make incredible strides in his development! It’s been a journey marked by highs and lows, but through it all, I found solace and purpose in building Eido Bar Co.
I wanted to find a way to be with my son full-time while also generating an income. I bought the horse trailer in the spring of 2023, and in my postpartum worked on converting it. My family would come up and help watch my son, while I would go to work. We finished in December, and I’m so pleased with how it came out.
My experience reshaped my priorities and fueled my determination to provide for my family in a meaningful way. Thus, Eido Bar Co. was born, not just as a business venture, but as a manifestation of love, RESILIENCE, and commitment to crafting experiences that matter.
