A Holiday Message from Mike & Jackie

The taproom is buzzing, the kegs are flowing, and our hearts are full. As we look back on another year at H.H. HINDER Brewing Co. and The Eight10, we are reminded of just how lucky we are to be part of this incredible community.

To our customers and friends: Thank you for every pint shared in the brewery and every celebration hosted at The Eight10. Whether you’re a regular at the taproom or joined us for a special event this year, you make all of this possible. To our dedicated staff: Thank you for your hard work and for treating every guest like family. And to our family and neighbors: Thank you for the unwavering support that has helped us grow.

From our family to yours, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy holiday season. We are so grateful to share these milestones with you, and we can't wait to see you all back in the taproom!

Celebrate the Holidays with Live Jazz at The Eight10!

Get ready to unwind and celebrate the season in style! Join us for an evening of festive cocktails, beautiful decor, and amazing live music featuring Kathy Hammond and Friends. We'll be opening the Purl Pub in The Eight10 on Friday evening, December 12th, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Relax in a laid-back holiday atmosphere and enjoy incredible jazz from Kathy and John Hammond on vocals, Mike Barden on Piano, Gordon Kirchoff on Bass, and Kevin Knopp on Drums. The band will be performing from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. We’ll be serving festive cocktails, mocktails all evening in the cozy Purl Pub, in The Eight10, right next door to H.H. Happy Thanksgiving from The Eight10!
As we celebrate our first full year of operation for our event space, The Eight10, our hearts are filled with gratitude this Thanksgiving! We want to give a special thank you to everyone who entrusted us with their special moments this year—from wedding receptions to corporate meetings and private parties. We are so thankful for every family, organization, and couple who chose The Eight10 as the backdrop for their event!

What a magical Friday night! We are still floating on air after our first ever Balloon Glow event!

A huge THANK YOU to the incredible hot air balloon pilots and their crews who made this event such a spectacular success! Your enthusiasm and passion for this amazing hobby were absolutely contagious.

We loved seeing the pure delight on the faces of every guest—kids and adults alike—as they experienced the awesome spectacle up-close: the roar of the burners, the heat of the fire, the vivid colors, and the majesty of the balloons! We were thrilled to open our doors to all of you. Thank you for coming to explore The Eight10, enjoy some drinks, and join the fun on such a beautiful, mild autumn evening. This Friday evening, join us at The Eight10 for the Balloon Glow and Open House! We’re firing up the flavors for the occasion with a special menu of signature fall drinks available at The Eight10:

• Apple Cider Spritz
• Apple Crown Mule
• Crown Apple Wisconsin Old Fashioned
