Brisket Flat Burnt Ends! 🔥 🔥 🔥

Story time: I had a nail in my tire and could not get into ANY shops around the Milwaukee area last week. There was one place I had not tried to call, and they were the people I should have called first! Mr. P's in Milwaukee got me in their busy schedule 10 minutes after I called, and turns out the nail did not go deep enough to cause a leak. I tried to pay them, but they said not to worry about it - so then 1 asked if they would take smoked meat as a payment and my man Chris got excited! Thanks to Mr. P's for helping me out, and I hope you enjoyed your burnt ends!
