Oh my goodness that looks soooo good!! Would you like to see this as a special???

Spicy Steak and Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin steak
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:

Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season the steak with Cajun seasoning and blacken it in a hot skillet for about 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from the skillet and let it rest.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Pour in heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine pasta, shrimp, and sliced steak in the sauce. Toss well to coat.
Serve garnished with parsley

The tree has ARRIVED!! We are looking forward to seeing so many smiling faces THIS FRIDAY at the Christmas tree lighting in Waynesboro. We will have our food trailer setup and ready to serve you 5:30-7:30 and we are thinking of bringing some Slippery pot pie to keep everyone warm. What's your thoughts?

Far too many calls and messages to respond to. We are okay at our store. I'm not 100% sure how far away the fire is but I am fairly certain we are safe. At the very least a creek separates us.

We have been shuttling water up for the firemen. I've been in contact with 1 person to let them know that our doors are open and we want to help in any way we can be it a bathroom, dinner, drinks or a place to sit down. They deserve all the help they can get and more so we are going to stay late and do what we can.

If anyone is on scene and can be a contact in between to let us know what you need please call us at our store 240-734-1650.
