We are thrilled to announce that Javan Delozier will be joining the faculty of the Academy of HART following his residency at Bigfork Summer Playhouse!
Javan Delozier brings a wealth of experience and passion for the performing arts, and we are excited for him to share his talents with our students. He holds a degree in Musical Theatre from Western Carolina University and has performed in community, university, and professional theatre. His expertise in acting, directing, and dance will undoubtedly enrich our programs and inspire our community.

We are excited to have Annie Dragoo join our Academy at HART faculty! Annie began teaching and directing in 1993. She holds a BA in English and Speech Communication with a Concentration in Theatre Studies from Houston Christian University. In the summer of 2008, she completed her residency at Globe Theatre in London and has trained for several years with the Broadway Teaching Lab in New York. Annie is a Tony Award nominated Theatre Educator who had taught musical theatre for the last 21 years. She won the Alma Slawinski Leadership Award from the Texas Thespians. In 2018, Annie was named Austin High School Teacher of the Year and was selected as the K-12 Texas Theatre Educator of the Year. Annie will be teaching voice for middle school through adults and adult acting.

As the half-blood son of a Greek god, Percy Jackson has newly discovered powers he can't control, a destiny he doesn't want, and a mythology textbook's worth of monsters on his trail. When Zeus's master lightning bolt is stolen, and Percy becomes the prime suspect, he has to find and return the bolt to prove his innocence. But to succeed in his quest, Percy must do more than catch the thief. He must travel to the Underworld and back, solve the riddle of the Oracle, which warns him of betrayal by a friend, and come to terms with the father who abandoned him.
