My name is Lauren and with the support of my family and friends I have rediscovered my passion for portraits and design. Taking pictures has always been a hobby, so I jumped at the opportunity to start a small business and share my artistic spin on traditional portraits. I am a published, natural-light photographer specializing in golden hour, lifestyle portraits. Basically, I'm just a social butt

When Alyssa reached out to me about photographing her wedding, I immediately started brainstorming ideas for their engagement shoot. I was thrilled when she asked if I could come to the family ranch for the engagement photos b/c I just *knew* everything would be perfect and make for some gorgeous photos. 2024
A year of grit, grace, and growth at Lasting Details.

I learned so much this year about running a small business with employees. Having learned to give myself a little grace, to slow down a bit, and to say “no” has been beneficial to me as a business owner. I have always strived to serve every customer who walks through the door, a people pleaser who is ashamed to turn someone away or say, "I am sorry, I am unable to help you". The past year has taught me that not stretching myself too thin is ok. Thanks to the LD Collective, I have been able to take time for my family and myself.
My sincerest gratitude goes out to all the opportunities our clients have given us and all the ones yet to come. 2025 will be the best year yet, and I can’t wait to share it with all of you!

The Gabys

One of the sweetest, most laid-back couples ever! We had such a great time celebrating these to at the Cat Springs Hall. Becky carefully selected all the gorgeous Christmas trees for the reception and the cakes were to die for! This barrel racing beauty played dress up this past weekend at her big sister’s wedding. We had SO much fun during her golden hour senior session a few weeks ago; Especially since her daddy was there to keep us all laughing. 😝

I am so excited to finally be able to share these! We shared a lot of “fake” laughs that turned into real laughs during Mikayla’s bridals in Weimar. She was such a gorgeous bride this past weekend at Svetlik Farm! Cuts Of Color created her beautiful bouquet and Coreena's Bridal had the perfect wedding gown!

Brides – Remember, I prefer to schedule your bridal portraits no later than 6 weeks before the wedding. This is to ensure enough time for editing, retouching, and printing so you can display them at the reception..

Everything from the Shupak wedding this weekend was absolutely stunning. Once again, Kristen outdid herself with all the decorations and details.
Despite our unique circumstances, we made the best of the situation and had a blast! DJ Art kept the tunes rolling and the boots scootin’ – well, even some boys sliding across the dancefloor.
I was honored to witness this precious couple celebrate their marriage surrounded by so much love!
