Come say Happy Anniversary to us tonight at Hummingbird!! Happy Anniversary to my favorite taco slayer!! We talked about owning a food truck for many years and we never knew the best part about it would be the friendships and family we made along the way!! Thank you all!! Birria of course, the best tamales around, and the taco guy has that pulled smoke pork going now for BBQ pulled pork nachos tonight's special!

July's schedule☆▪︎●☆. Our Saturdays usually book up for the summer by March😮😲. Our next Saturday availability is in October, so get on the schedule quick for that fall wedding or company holiday party!! Let us feed your crew for lunch out of the truck or help you thank your customers with customer appreciation. Thursdays will be our Hummingbird taco night except for the 4th and 18th in July. We unfortunately can't make it to Bliss 4th of July event this year in the truck. Thank you taco family for all the love, continued support and tags, referrals, and bookings. We definitely try to be the best with quality, taste, quanity, value, and of course customer service. There are so many great food trucks and trailers out there. We'd be nowhere without our taco family!🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

Tacos are the thing!!! Another fun graduation party in the books! It's a hot one!! Excuse me for being a hot mess!! Congratulations beautiful girl! We have some Availability in July. I will be posting July availability soon. No taco Thursday at Hummingbird July 4 or July 18th! We will be on vacation July 4-8. Stay tuned we are planning a summer bash at Hummingbird!

Thank you to everyone in Hagerman who came out and supported our daughter's lemonade stand! I love seeing and supporting kids out there trying to earn their own money. She took out an "investment " loan from us to purchase all the supplies, flavors, cups, straws, etc. Over a year ago as a 9 year old and buys her supplies to restock with part of her profits. She's so proud of earning her own money. Thanks again for the good people of the world that supports kids! Watch for her next set up!

Carnival wristbands will be available beginning July 1 at the Fair Office. They are $30 each and are good for unlimited rides for one day.

We've been on the go with daily events since last week! Now we have some catching up to do! Big Thanks to Donaldson family for having us at such a special event, JC Arena, Scoular, Si Ellen Dairy, Bluefire wilderness, and Glanbia for having us for your events this week!! We've had a crazy week since coming home from vacation! Non stop! Shout out to some great trailers we got to do an event with again this weekend! Milk and Honey is always a pleasure and great drinks. SodaMix trailer are such kind and a great family. The treats are beyind amazing and we can't forget we have always been number one fans of Miller's Elephant Ears for years!! We always enjoy chatting with and feeding the rodeo, roping, and barrel racing group as well. Thank you for having us again JC Livestock .We will be at Hummingbird for the public Thursday 5-8pm. Friday and Saturday we have private events. See you then!

Our kids are part of the business and they sacrifice right along with us....late nights, long days, being shuffled with family while mom and dad cater, always on the go. Teaching them to work hard for the things they want and to give back when you can! Jaxon is also taco guys #1 fan. We ask him all the time, where do you want to eat....his reply, I'll just go to the taco truck!🌮🌮🌮

We are enjoying some much needed family time! Have a great week! We are Trying to find all the food trucks to try on our way home as we enjoy a slow adventure home from Oklahoma through Texas back to Idaho seeing new country!! If eating all the quesabirria is wrong....I don't wanna be right!! It's been a wild few weeks with events almost daily. Thank you for having us and congratulations to all the grads we celebrated this weekend. The women of the west event was an awesome turnout at the Gooding fairgrounds! Looking forward to the next.
