g in the kitchen was always what made me the happiest and by the time we were done we would look like we had been attacked by a bag of flour. In the past couple years I have attended a New York college and graduated with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. I have traveled across the world to Italy and acquired a palate for their exquisite pastry. Recently I have become an employee at a local resort and also a downtown bakery. With that said, baking is my life and what benefits me the most, is knowing I bring a little bit of happiness when someone bites into one of my baked goods.
