I wanted to make a minute to be very honest with my customers, current and future. I always believed in being upfront and this is one of those unfortunate moments.

Life may be getting back to normal little by little, but I wanted to give everyone a sample of what all business owners are going through. I am receiving emails from suppliers everyday with shortages. Most of our specialty paper is milled overseas. With shipping containers being stuck in the ocean coming over, it is frustrating, but only a small part of the problem. Factories here are experiencing shortage of workers, truck drivers to deliver, USPS has a major issue in one of our distribution centers here in NJ for the times things are actually in stock. With trying to locate, find in stock and other options, it may affect some time in other orders also, but I am getting to everyone so no event gets missed- I promise you that!

While I understand no customer wants to here, “you’re item is out of stock” or “I am trying to locate it”, I am putting a heartfelt plea that everyone just be a little understanding during this difficult time to all businesses, as it does affect everyone and not just Tina Conway Designs.

My clients will always be my priority, and want you to know I will always try my best to avoid these situations, but sometimes it’s just not avoidable. I am so lucky to have the clients I do in just being awesome and kind, but this is very real for all business owners.
