Seed Floral is celebrating 18 years! Here are three reflections from our founder, Stephanie, as we embark on another year:
1. It’s hard to believe we’re entering our 18th season of being in the biz! I’m incredibly proud of all we’ve built and each year we refine our approach a little more. It’s not always easy to get to pause to celebrate, but I’m learning to celebrate small wins with my business partner, Vanessa, as we toast our successes while reflecting on improvements.
2. Nearly two decades in this industry has given us a unique perspective as design trends come and go. It’s exciting to translate each client’s vision through our creative lens. Our goal is to stay playful with contemporary trends while ensuring the designs remain timeless, so our clients can look back years later and still love the aesthetic of their big day. We never take for granted the trust clients place in us to bring their dreams to life!
3. This business has transformed me unexpectedly. While I’ve always had a strong sense of design, this role has made me a better leader, organizer, communicator, and floral designer. I’m grateful for my partnership with Vanessa and our amazing team, who inspire me to continuously learn and grow! The journey is ever-evolving, and I’m still learning something new all the time!
