I spent the weekend celebrating my niece’s wedding in Philadelphia, and I wanted to take a moment to showcase and her friendors for exquisitely executing a flawless wedding for and her husband . These pics are from my iPhone, so can you imagine how the floral and decor by will look in the professional photos? Details matter very much to me. My vendors know it and my clients appreciate it. It was a lot of fun collaborating with Memas Sweet Treats on Enzo’s birthday party. From his initial carved into the hazelnut crunch cake with Ferrari Rocher hedgehogs (🤩), to the mossy, mushroom and bumblebee AND honeycomb details, to the props used, it was a huge hit. Dining room chairs didn’t arrive on time for an at-home 80th birthday party, so I called my friendor, Erica, and she delivered 42 beautiful Avas in black and silver for the dining room and the guest tables in the great room. Everyone thought they were the actual chairs that were a set with the table. So sleek and elegant! 🤩 Thanks to team for the flawless delivery!

One of the things that I *highly* recommend to my couples is a room first look. It requires them to steal away from cocktail hour for a few absolutely precious minutes to see the reception room at it most pristine.
Decor perfected.
Tables set.
Candles lit.
No one in the room but the two of them and their photo/videography team to capture the moment.
All the planning.
All the stress.
All the decisions…
It all comes down to this moment where they see their vision become reality.

Details matter. They matter so much that I obsess over them. When I style a wedding and design the floral and decor, each layer of detail becomes a part of the experience my clients and their guests will enjoy. It’s what makes my events memorable. At long last!! Just 2 more sleeps until these two say “I do!” Jessica and Louis were originally getting married in November, 2020. There’s been a lot of ups and downs on the journey to this weekend, but in the end it’ll all be worth the wait. The entire venue and its grounds are so gorgeous that I’m going to wait until the professional photos are ready to show you. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. knocked it out of the park with the colors and textures of these super on-trend designs. What a beautiful day in every way! And the best part? What a beautiful day for a wedding reception at a golf course! Professional 📸 coming, but I had to show you what I was up to today 🤩 Clients like Meredith and William do not come around too often. Beautiful inside and out, they trusted me with their floral and decor every step of the way. And they were thrilled with the results. What a feeling it is to see a couple you’ve been working with walk into the reception before anyone arrives and see the space untouched. It’s a magic moment that continues to give me goosebumps after all these years. It’ll be a really fun party at my new favorite venue! The staff here is first class 👌🏻

My favorite part of the wedding planning process is breaking bread with the couple early on. This is Jess and Lou. They live in Seattle, and are getting married this August in Chicago. We’ve been working together for quite some time now, but have never met. They’ve been in town this week doing wedding stuff, so last night we met ✨in person✨ for the ✨first time✨. Phone calls, emails, texts and Zooms are great tools. But absolutely ✨nothing✨ compares to meeting face- to-face. We drank, we ate, we toasted, we laughed and we shared stories. We closed the place down. I SERIOUSLY cannot wait to show you all of their hard work come to fruition in just under 90 days!
BTW 👀Peep the Sangiovese wine and to-die-for risotto funghi. Great 🇮🇹food, great neighborhood and great company! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
