Huge thank you to the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra for having us cater your Conductors Circle event last night at the West Liberty University’s historic presidents home, Colonial Heights. It was a beautiful night of music, food and gathering. We were honored to be a part of it again this year.

Menu for the event included light hors d’voeures:
Roast beef, arugula, bleu cheese & horseradish crostinis
Roasted balsamic grape chèvre crostinis
Fresno, Serrano & honey bruschetta with capers
Bacon wrapped water chestnuts with a house red wine glaze
Roasted brussel sprouts
Stuffed mushroom assortment
Caprese skewers with fresh basil and balsamic reduction

Made from scratch dessert menu included:
-French vanilla cake with buttercream icing & fresh raspberry purées
-Lemon-blueberry pound cake
-Chocolate & vanilla custard cups with fresh strawberry topping
-Cinnamon crumb cake

Today we had the honor of catering a beautiful bridal shower at Hidden Hills Event Center.

Theme: Wildflowers

Custom display: We created our version of a wildflower brunch: warm and inviting as if having a picnic in a field of wildflowers. Custom features included a hanging wisteria display, colorful poppies, live florals (pansies, violets & daffodils), bright colors, wicker baskets, seed packets and colored glass accents

Brunch menu:
- Caprese skewers with fresh basil & balsamic reduction
- Baked rosemary chicken sliders on brioche with sharp white cheddar & sour cherry preserves
- Mini pancake stacks with fresh berries & our signature maple syrup injectors
- Biscuits & sausage gravy
- Fresh fruit assortment with fruit dip

Today’s set up at the WV Event Pros Bridal Show held at Reilley's Reception & Events. Great event with lots of amazing vendors!
For the event, we chose to showcase some of our tableware and tablescape/display items. Our chosen theme was rustic with an elegant flare incorporating gold, lots of greenery and candlelight.

Did you know we have full table settings for 300? That includes all white porcelain, stainless, and glass items.

For the VIP portion of today’s event, we were honored to provide a butler hors d’voeures service featuring bacon wrapped water chestnuts with a house red wine glaze, homemade meatballs and our signature bruschetta.

Anyone remember Classique Cuisine Catering from 32+ years ago 🤯?? Well today we brought back some of those memories and gave them a modern makeover….

Today was a day we have been looking forward to for MONTHS- Joel and KTs babyshower at the beautiful Moss Farms Winery. For the event, we finally got the opportunity to showcase our brunch grazing table with an incorporated live carving station.

Theme: woodland creatures

Menu:
-Individual grilled cheese and tomato bisque shooters
-Homemade quiche assortment: mushroom & swiss, bacon & cheddar, veggie, and spinach & feta
- Chicken & waffles with our signature syrup injectors
-Caprese skewers with balsamic reduction and fresh basil
-Turkey, Brie, arugula and blueberry preserves sliders
-Smoked lox with capers and fresh dill
-Live carving station featuring applewood smoked ham with brown sugar glaze
-Charcuterie incorporation featuring yellow and white dragon fruit, Marieke clover honey Gouda, point Reyes bay blue, espresso bellavitano, don wine, premium Italian meats assortment, piquant peppers, fresh fruit, plus more!
