Happy Thanksgiving!

We are so thankful for each and every one of you who have placed an order, given kind words & encouragement, referred us to friends and family, and most of all become our friends. We hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving full of delicious food and precious time with family.

📣Don’t forget to pickup your Thanksgiving orders TODAY!📣

Pickup is at 907 Denver St at the drive thru window. Pickup time is from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

✨Instructions✨

🦃 Turkey - Take turkey out of fridge 1 hour before cooking to take chill off. Preheat oven to 350. Remove plastic wrap from turkey and cover back with foil. Cook in oven for 75-90 minutes.

Gravy - Bring gravy up slowly In saucepan to simmer.

Mac and cheese - Bake covered in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Dressing - Bake uncovered in oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Sweet potato casserole - Bake uncovered in oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Green beans - Bake covered in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

‼️All items should be reheated to 165 degrees‼️

REMEMBER: Give yourself plenty of time. Once reheated, sides can be held hot in oven at 170 degrees.

I have one extra brisket on the smoker if anybody is interested. It will be ready by 5:00 pm. Can be left whole or sliced. I can also chill and package for a reheat. Comes with 1 pint of bbq sauce.
