Horse Riding Lessons
3 spots left!
About me: I began riding horses before I could walk as my mother was a jockey and my dad was a race horse trainer. In an effort to keep me away from the interest of becoming a jockey 😂 my parents got me experience in just about every discipline of western riding. My real passions though are reining, cutting, and ranch versatility. I went to Utah State University on a 4H scholarship for my achievements in the horse riding program. I have also held 7 rodeo queen titles and compete for Miss Rodeo Utah in 2011 before getting married to my best friend.
Lessons: These will not just be pony rides. Expect to learn horse science, horse care, horse sense, safety, balance, position, conditioning, ground work, showmanship skills, and more. My goal is create quality riders full of horse knowledge that will enable them to own, show, and enjoy their own horse someday. Students will get to ride at every lesson.
Having your own horse is not required. My quarter horse is what we call “bomb proof.” He is very well trained and experienced and safe for beginners. I do require however they each student wears long jeans, riding boots, a helmet, and signs a liability waiver.
