Today we give Thanks for all we have been given. Thank you to my family, friends and my team! Thank you to our amazing community for allowing us to do what we love by serving you. We are so humbled every year by this award and we could not be more appreciative for winning it. We know that without your support we would be not be where we are now, and we just hope that you all continue to allow us to be a part of the special events in your lives.

We're not just BBQ y'all!
This menu was crafted for one of our many corporate events. We love getting to spread our wings with our different menu items and this was one was no exception. This menu consisted of:
- Dinner rolls with honey butter and jalapeño sandhill plum jelly.
- Roasted vegetable medley with lemon crusted zucchini, sweet peppers, tomatoes, and brown sugar carrots.
- Roasted, buttered baby potatoes
- Sautéed green beans with fresh garlic and lemon Dijon mustard.
- Mixed greens salad with fresh vegetables tossed in a smoky bacon dressing.
- Seared salmon with a Beurre blanc sauce.
- Prime beef tender carving station with homemade horseradish sauce.

Who doesn't love a shrimp boil?
We LOVE them! In fact, it is one of our favorite menus to prepare. We pair our boil of fresh veggies, Cajun sausage, and jumbo shrimp with our mouth watering St. Louis ribs, and don't forget our made from scratch Kansas corn bread!
If you are looking for a unique menu with a spicy, Cajun flair, this one is for you! Your guests will not be disappointed!

Tonight is Lane-Scott Electric’s 71st Annual Meeting and their menu is one of our favorites!
Porky is excited for his big debut!
We will be serving Roasted Pig, cheesy spuds, cowboy beans, cucumber vinegar salad, spicy slaw, watermelon wedges and of course dinner rolls with honey butter. Last but not least, we can’t forget about our homemade vanilla ice cream!
We can’t wait to see everyone tonight!

It’s no secret that we love us some dirt track racing, so when we were asked to cater the Kansasland Krash, to say we were excited would be an understatement!
It was a great event and we even had the opportunity to meet NASCAR drivers Brian Ellis and Matt DiBenedetto!
We put together a tasty BBQ menu of smoked sausage, St. Louis ribs, pulled pork and paired that with our cheesy spuds, our signature spicy coleslaw, watermelon wedges and our cucumber vinegar salad.
We hope everyone had as much fun as we did!

In times like these it’s really hard to see silver linings, we were super blessed this week to have our own. Tatro Plumbing of Garden City not only recognized that our business was in a hard spot, but that some of their employees and their families were caught off guard with grocery and supply shortages. Tatro ordered over 500 servings of to-go meals to provide support to their employees and our small business. John Ross and Co. would like to give an ENORMOUS thank you to Tatro Plumbing for supporting our business and the community. We here at John Ross and Co. hope everyone is staying safe and healthy, together we will get through this.
