Give us any space and we will make it into the celebration you’ve dreamed of - A neighborhood clubhouse turned wedding reception! knocked this one out of the PARK! So fun & dynamic just like our bride and groom.

Texture + Color + Pattern = 😍

We love our classic, timeless events… but MAN is it fun when we get to play with some color! Correction—a LOT of color! Kendall & Jack tied the knot in Cabo, but the celebration didn’t stop there. When they got back to Wichita, we threw a party that brought all the Cabo vibes home. 🌴✨

We leaned all the way into the texture, the color, the bold patterns—every detail was a nod to their destination “I do’s”. From tropical palettes to playful tablescapes, this night was bursting with energy and a whole lot of tequila!

Ambiance Events is officially 11 years old!✨
 To celebrate, we’re taking a stroll down memory lane to our 10th birthday party we celebrated with ICT vendors, friends, and family! We were spoiled with an unforgettable spread by Bobby & Susie Lane, kept entertained all night by our incredible immersive performers, and danced our hearts out with . While got to party, her incomparable team made sure we stayed “hydrated” all night long! 🥂

Shoutout to , , and for helping bring our birthday vision to life — and to every single ICT vendor, client, and friend who has been part of our journey. We seriously love what we do, and who we get to do it with!

Now… Ambiance Events is officially DONE with our season! No more events until AUGUST — so it’s back to the design & dream boards we go. Big ideas are brewing. Stay tuned. 💫

Not even a rogue bat flying in could distract from the beauty of Megan & Brian’s day. ✨ We teamed up with , and to reimagine the Berren Room at WAM into an intimate, romantic space fit for Megan & Brian’s vows - proof that even overlooked corners can become unforgettable with the right vision. 💫

Grateful for the dreamiest vendor team, the lovely Elliott family, and the incredible for making this day seamless. From heartfelt vows to a bat cameo - this one was truly magic. 🖤

Still in shock that & ’s day has come and gone! After 18 months of planning, tastings, last minute KC trips, and Kimmy crushing the Bar exam (WOO!), it all came to life - FLAWLESSLY.

We’re beyond grateful to Kimmy for trusting us with her vision. It was the greatest honor to bring it to life! 💞

Giving ’s chandeliers the ✨spotlight✨ they deserve!

Kathy & Craig told us, “Surprise us,” and we did just that — bold canopy tables wrapped in greenery, stunning chandeliers from , and a reception layout that broke all the rules. Couches, high-tops, pub tables, and rounds created a space that felt relaxed, elegant, and completely timeless. 🤍

This design is definitely one for the books — clean, sophisticated, and everything we adore. ✨

A dream dinner… ✨

Still not over this dream of a dinner reception for Kaylea & Jack. Every detail—from the blooms to the yummy linen textures to the glow of the pink cloud—was intentionally crafted and thoughtfully curated. A first dance to remember…✨

On 08.26.23, Peyton and Thomas spent their first moments as Mr. & Mrs. Pauly in the dreamy glow of rentals and lighting at the Hudson. This venue was the perfect canvas for a starry, candlelit evening! 🌟

It was such a treat to plan this day with such a sweet family and wondering team of vendors. 🤍

What started as a mother-daughter collaboration has grown into a dynamic event design and planning team!

For those of you who are new around here — I’m April! I founded Ambiance Events 11 years ago, bringing my passion for creating unforgettable experiences to life. My journey started with a strong background in culinary arts, catering, and years of volunteer work that eventually led me to create what we now know as Ambiance! ✨

And then there’s Gabi — with a rich background in theater, performance, and creativity, she’s the perfect complement to our team. One day, she said, “hire me,” and I said… “Okay!” Now, here we are - Making some awesome stuff happen together! 🤍

A dream reception… ✨🩷

Can’t believe it’s almost been two years since Kara & Andrew’s stunning July wedding at the Wichita Country Club!

We had the best time designing their dream reception and bringing their vision to life with the help of our talented vendors! Big thanks to for capturing every detail with such care & skill. Still swooning over how everything came together.

Give us a second... We are busy reminiscing over Kendall + Jack's wedding reception last February! 🌊✨ After their dream intimate wedding in Cabo, they wanted to bring some of that Mexico spirit back to Wichita to celebrate with the rest of their loved ones! And if it isn't obvious, we had way to much fun designing this one.

Some highlights?
- A BYO tequila shot bar with every tequila or garnish you could dream of.
- A 360 DJ!
- Color, color, COLOR! 😍

Your wedding celebration doesn't have to fit a mold - We pride ourselves in crafting an experience to fit your wants, needs, and dreams!

Swipe to bring to life… ✨

We couldn’t leave 2024 behind without highlighting Kaylea + Jack’s Rose Tinted Reception we had the honor of designing this past November.

With a wonderful team of vendors, this space just exploded with warmth & luxury! made our “Apricot Cloud” dreams come true, adorned the space with beautifully curated buds, topped our tables off with their wonderful collection of gold flatware, and of course, expertly captured the details of the day so it can live on forever!

On top of our outstanding vendor team, we had the most lovely family/couple to work with! We want to thank Kaylea, Jack, and their families for allowing us to have an absolute ball coming up with new, crazy ideas to make their celebration feel special and personal!

We are pretty proud of this one.
