Hi friends! April here 👋🏻 This post is long overdue, but so necessary - it’s time to give a huge shoutout to this guy right here as he passes the torch down.

Jorge - we built our businesses side by side, dreaming, designing, and growing together. I’ll always cherish the visions we brought from sketch to life! changed the game in our industry, and I’m so proud to have played a small part in that journey. Wichita will forever be grateful! I’m beyond excited for you and Kathy as you step into this next chapter. First we met up in London, where should we meet next?

Texture + Color + Pattern = 😍

We love our classic, timeless events… but MAN is it fun when we get to play with some color! Correction—a LOT of color! Kendall & Jack tied the knot in Cabo, but the celebration didn’t stop there. When they got back to Wichita, we threw a party that brought all the Cabo vibes home. 🌴✨

We leaned all the way into the texture, the color, the bold patterns—every detail was a nod to their destination “I do’s”. From tropical palettes to playful tablescapes, this night was bursting with energy and a whole lot of tequila!

This one was ICONIC! ✨

Ambiance Events is officially 11 years old!✨
 To celebrate, we’re taking a stroll down memory lane to our 10th birthday party we celebrated with ICT vendors, friends, and family! We were spoiled with an unforgettable spread by Bobby & Susie Lane, kept entertained all night by our incredible immersive performers, and danced our hearts out with . While got to party, her incomparable team made sure we stayed “hydrated” all night long! 🥂

Shoutout to , , and for helping bring our birthday vision to life — and to every single ICT vendor, client, and friend who has been part of our journey. We seriously love what we do, and who we get to do it with!

Now… Ambiance Events is officially DONE with our season! No more events until AUGUST — so it’s back to the design & dream boards we go. Big ideas are brewing. Stay tuned. 💫

Still in shock that & ’s day has come and gone! After 18 months of planning, tastings, last minute KC trips, and Kimmy crushing the Bar exam (WOO!), it all came to life - FLAWLESSLY.

Giving ’s chandeliers the ✨spotlight✨ they deserve!

Kathy & Craig told us, “Surprise us,” and we did just that — bold canopy tables wrapped in greenery, stunning chandeliers from , and a reception layout that broke all the rules. Couches, high-tops, pub tables, and rounds created a space that felt relaxed, elegant, and completely timeless. 🤍

This design is definitely one for the books — clean, sophisticated, and everything we adore. ✨

A dream dinner… ✨

Still not over this dream of a dinner reception for Kaylea & Jack. Every detail—from the blooms to the yummy linen textures to the glow of the pink cloud—was intentionally crafted and thoughtfully curated. A beautiful collaboration between , the sweetest family, and a dream team of vendors. The biggest shout out to for capturing the designs with so much integrity!
