Do not leave reviews on my page and block me so I can’t see them. Clear waterproof floral tape was used to wrap the stems. A small piece of covered floral wire was used to help hold a “sentimental locket with a fragile “ chain to help keep it from getting tangled and broken. It was covered with satin ribbon. Thanks for the review

A lot of changes here this week!!! I’ve been wanting to get it done and Thank God for my cousin we got it Done!!! Lily B Lou’s Creations Florist Shop Is looking like a florist shop ❤️.

One thing we take for granted is our family when we are kids. I have missed my cousins so much in “adult “ life! I’m so grateful for all Gayle Parker Woods  the past couple of weeks! But even more so I’m Grateful for the time we have spent together!! Love you all thank you so much! I’m forever more Grateful!

This Month is Extra Special in Our home! September 9,2010 our lives were changed forever! I was told All the things my daughter would Never Do. I was told all about this “horrible “ Label! But I was NOT told anything about what she would do. I wasn’t told “ normal is what you are use to “ I wasn’t told that I would Not think about Down Syndrome after alittle while. I was Not told how “typical “ ppl would turn their backs and act as if your child doesn’t matter. But I also was not told about the new ppl that would show up and come into our lives that are Not “typical “ although they carry that label but they are absolutely extraordinary with hearts of gold!

I’m Grateful for our journey! I’m grateful for that extra 21 chromosome! God knew what he was doing but honestly I do not feel worthy of my child’s unconditional love! Sometimes things get difficult, but it gets difficult with typical children . We are blessed for those it removed from our lives and we are blessed for those it brought into our lives! I can’t imagine our lives any other way and would never want to go back to our lives before!

Thank you God for Our Tribe! Thank you God for our Blessings❤️

Looking for part time help with floral Design Experience. Job would require making basic vase arrangements, spray stands, corsages, boutonnieres. Must be able to work at a fast pace. Will also need dependable vehicle with insurance.

2 weddings, SHS Homecoming, SFAC Homecoming in addition to daily orders. This was definitely the busiest Lily B Lou’s has ever been. We did not get many pictures. “Special needs they don’t know. They don’t understand and they don’t realize “ lol those type statements come from people that are definitely lacking education on facts. Those comments are definitely not true!!

Sister Girl went on a field trip today. I was so excited and planning to go. They went to a place that I have didn’t wanting to take her myself so I could not wait to go with her. Well to my disappointment I was told by her last night And this morning she Did NOT want me to go😭!! She wanted her friends all to herself!! That sure does sound typical to me!!!

Never underestimate a person with disabilities regardless of their age even if they can’t speak, you truly will be surprised at what they understand that we don’t realize. They are just as human as the next person. Most of their love is unconditional.. Their heart is so much bigger than any. Typical person will ever know. ❤️❤️❤️

I’m sorry for any inconvenience but at this time we will not be able to except credit cards. We accept Cash, Cashapp, Venmo and PayPal. I’ve made this decision because of processing fees. I am looking into other options at this time and hoping that we will have a new system soon. The company I have been using charges 3.67% just to process and an additional 3% to put in my account. It is just not worth it at this point.

I’m so excited! I was able to stop by Stone Printing yesterday and pick up our flyers for our Special Needs/ Disabled Children and Adults Social ❤️. I have them at Lily B Lou’s Creations Florist Shop If anyone would like to get a few to put up or hand out.

Update: All floral cost was completely covered for this family yesterday. All money donated now will be given to Moore funeral home to help cover funeral expenses. If we are able to get that expense, fully covered any and all donations after that will go directly to Philip and Rachel Givens to try and help them cover their other unexpected expenses at this time. I will continue to have the Vase ( also available to take Credit Card, Cash App and Venmo donations for them)and notebook set up in my shop until Friday at close. You are welcome to come in and write them a note of love and support even if you are unable to donate. Please remember if you are unable to donate what they need more than anything is free. Please keep them in your prayers and pray God will help carry them through this very difficult time. I will continue to update so everyone knows where the donations are going. Praying soon that we have all funeral expenses covered so we can give them money directly. Thank you ALL that donated yesterday. I’m so grateful and thankful. I know the family is also so very grateful.

have never made this kind of post before but since first thing Sunday morning I’ve felt I needed to do this.

Friday night very dear friends of ours lost a precious loved one. Our natural thoughts is us children at some point will unfortunately lose our parents. It just doesn’t seem natural or fair that anyone would ever have mourn the loss of their child or their twin sibling at such a young age. My heart breaks for Philip and Rachel Givens for the loss of their beautiful sweet daughter and for Dianna losing her twin sister. Philip is the son of Bro Gerald and Mrs Ruth Givens. Rachel is the daughter of Mr Clyde and Edie Graves. I grew up with Bro Gerald and Mrs Ruth as well as their children always being a part of our lives as children. This families are the sweetest and most humble loving people you could ever find.

I have spoken with the family and did get approval from them before posting this. Life has been hard on everyone lately. But when you lose a child so young most of the time you truly are never prepared mentally or financially. I don’t want this family worrying over how to pay for this unexpected expense when they truly need to focus on their family, being with Dianna and healing the heartbreak they are all going through. I know I’m not alone in feeling this way. I have set up a vase inside my shop to take up donations for them. The donations will be used to cover the flower cost, used for the funeral services and if there’s any remaining, it will be given directly to Philip Givens and Rachel Givens to help them cover the other unexpected expenses and their needs that have occurred since Friday .

Please be praying for all of this family. Destiny is and will greatly missed by all of them. God does Not make mistakes but sometimes it seems so unbearable and unfair. But there is no doubt this young lady was definitely a blessing in the short time she was here and she was a gift to her family.
