Tuesday was National Pet Bird Day and Elsa and I had plans to take pics with Cathie's parrot Sweet Pea. Unfortunately after 30 active years, Sweet Pea passed away a few days before. But because we miss him so much, we made this tribute to him. This pic includes 3 of his feathers and some flowers. WE MISS YOU SWEET PEA, say hi to Daisy and Coti for me.

In honor of National Farm Animal Awareness Week, we have a guest poster. Piggy Montano! I'm not sure she is representative of many farm animals since she sleeps inside under a blanket and has her own personal library. Also every 6 mos when she goes to Texas A&M for her check up and spa day including hoof clipping, she comes back with her hoofs painted a sparkly red but regardless here she is.

Had a busy day today. As part of the History Taskforce help organize a yard clean up and got an abandoned trailer removed at St. Matthews Baptist Church in preparation for the dedication of a Montgomery County Historical Plaque honoring the the church which was started in the 1880s. Here are some before and after pics and the big trailer I got moved.

Well yesterday was school photo day. It took Elsa a minute to find hers so we're posting that today. She's showing our newest dog, Sadie, how cute she was.

Today is Positive Thinking Day so Elsa has put on her spiffy Thinking Cap and is definitely getting the positive vibes! Hope you are too!

OMG. I can't believe it has been 30 years since this movie came out. Seidy you just seem to stay the same age but actually your more beautiful now. hmmm will you be releasing a cosmetic line soon cause I sure as heck don't look the same as when we went to go see Mi Vida Loca.
