The RoyalTea Mother's Day celebration at my church @descendingd was top tier. I'm honored that Pastor Antonio trusted me with the event space. I am clear that I wasn't just allowed to do this job as a member but my ability to allow God to lead my hands and my ideas to create the ambiance the HE (God) wanted to see and that the mothers would love. The pictures/video does no justice but my d.i.y. tea pot centerpieces were A1.
The mothers were spoiled per usual by Pastor Antonio and the men in our church. I love how they get together to get all of the moms gifts as well as spoiling their individual wives. Some of our moms are single with small children, so its a blessing to watch them enjoy the best of God. They had a Sprinter transportation to a fun day Saturday, and over 10 gifts a piece for each mom, a violinist from VA serenaded the moms before dinner and a luxury meal to follow. Being on the planning committee for this one was one for the books. Although my sister is not on social media but her attention to detail, her packaging for the gifts and her overall contribution was and will always be second to none....so I'll enjoy my little break for now because Father's Day is next and the tables will turn...trust and believe, Pastor Angel and the mamas will repay them with goodness!!!! I'm excited 😊
