We are so excited to share with you our new event space on North 4th Street in the Brooklyn Arts District. With about 2000 square feet it is ideal for small intimate parties of 80 or less. Our new glistening chandeliers and the original exposed brick walls and the warm rustic flooring dating back from 1920's. This modern and historic contrast will leave you feeling nostalgic. If you are looking for a space to host an event, the space is private and cozy appealing to all of your guests. Free on street parking and since we moved from Front and Princes... NO MORE STAIRS! We can offer assistance finding the best vendors in Wilmington because we are a part of multiple vendor networks in town. Belle Vue Wilmington

You will love the flexibility and freedom to use any vendors. We will set up the venue before you get there, provide some rentals (tables/chairs/linen) and even clean after you leave. Since we just moved this is what we have to offer right now. But I am sure we will be adding more as time goes by. Belle is great for 50-80 guests. Included in the rental is:

*24 black resin chairs
*9 six foot banquet tables
*7 white linen for the dinner tables
*2 black linen for the food tables
*cocktail tables (3)
*cocktail stools (13)
*Bar/bar cooler
*prep kitchen, stove, full size refrigerator/freezer and a large microwave
*Two speaker sound system

Smaller parties of 40 or less we also offer these items for an extra $100. Assorted serving plates, serving utensils and bowls.
40 dinner plates, 40 app/dessert plates, flatware, wine and champagne glasses. We book Belle out from 9:00am to 3:30pm, 4:30-10:30 or all day 9:00am to 10:30pm. You are allowed to choose any caterer (and in some cases provide your own food). Belle has a prep kitchen that you can use. There is a stove, full size refrigerator/freezer, large microwave and stove in the prep room. You may heat up food but not actually cook since we are not a commercial kitchen. You are allowed to bring in beer/wine/champagne. If you want spirits you can get a one day permit through ABC in Raleigh for $75. That permit allows you to have a full bar that you can provide at your own cost. You will need one server/bartender to work the event that is independent of your guest list. Guests can not pour their own wine/champagne.

Haha, a potential client just sent me some information about the requirements they have to follow after their event at a different location.

At Belle, we take care of cleanup after you leave! The room will be fully set up prior to your arrival, and once you're finished, all you need to do is grab your belongings, and we will handle the rest!

I had a good laugh when I learned they were told they had to clean the bathroom, kitchen, and take out the trash. That is our job!

Just another step in the right direction for the BAD and Wilmington!
Thanks to all who worked hard to present it to the city and THANK YOU for the voters who allowed this to take place.
Many cities across the world allow us to be responsible adults so this is cool to have it in my neck of the woods.
***Belle is not part of this coffee crawl today due to an event but hopefully in the future we will be able to jump in!

Today is the day! Our first day of The Brooklyn Arts District Social District Pilot Program AND the Coffee Crawl.
20 participating local businesses over a 10 block span and the forecast is perfect for walking around and being social!
FYI, we’ve posted a map of the Social District along with some important ‘Do’s & Don’ts’.
If you are looking for an easy parking option please use the city’s Skyline Center (155 N. Brunswick St.).

65 degrees today and it is so tempting to get these to the secret garden! Some did great over the winter and some will need a bit of work but SOON it will be GREEN out back!

Bagpipes, kilts, and plenty of wine – what a fantastic combination! This is what we call a "Golden Globes"-style wedding. This setup accommodates 50 guests. Once the ceremony concludes, we quickly transition to happy hour and dinner, eliminating the need to flip the room.
