Vendors Wanted!

We are now accepting vendors for Tis’ the Season - Wi******er TN

This is going to be SUCH a fun FREE event.

November 24 (Friday after Thanksgiving)

We plan to accept 30 vendors spots.

A year ago today the community flooded downtown in support of Wi******er’s own HunterGirl Music on American Idol. While seeing our hometown gal on the big screen was incredible, we’re honored to bring her back to downtown Wi******er live in person to kick off this holiday season on November 24, 2023!

SO HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE our location for Tis’ the Season - Wi******er TN approval of closing the square for our event.

3 different boards and 4 meetings and we officially got approval at tonight’s council meeting! We are so thankful for this opportunity!

🚨 CHANGE OF PLANS 🚨

DUE TO THE WEATHER FORECAST, we will be adding the Easter bunny, giveaways, and calves to the agenda at the drive in Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Friday looks to be rain right at showtime but we will have a tent so don’t keep it from you coming out!

OVER $1000 in give a ways taking place Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We will have 100 Easter Eggs to choose from each night.

25 eggs will have a free movie pass
25 eggs will free large popcorn
25 eggs will have a free large drink
15 eggs will have a free candy box.
9 eggs will have free $20 gift certificate to the theatres
1 egg will have a free hour farm visit!

All children will have Easter Candy available!

Roxi Branch will have packages available if you’d like photos with the Easter Bunny. We will have a cross set up and decorated!

First of all. . . THANK YOU to everyone who booked a home visit this week, farm tour, or came out to the Montana Drive In and cuddled some calves from Storybrooke Farm

Our goal of fundraising $15,000 by November is off to a GREAT start and it’s truly all because of our COMMUNITY coming out!

We raised $3,181.10 this week! $340 of which was donated by Mrs. Roxi Branch for offering photos.

We have $1️⃣1️⃣,8️⃣1️⃣8️⃣.9️⃣0️⃣ remaining to reach our goal!

We will be back here next weekend doing it all over again and hopefully our merchandise line will be in!
