Do not waste your time with restaurants and more importantly do not waste your time with cold cafeteria style food from your average caterer. WE DO NOT store food in aluminum pans, heat them in a oven, and then serve them to you at room temperature !!!!!!! It is my pledge that all food that we serve will be the intended temperature and to the highest level or presentation. Do not pay for food from these catering companies to wish that you had a microwave ! I see it every day on social media. Pictures of COLD, STIFF, DEAD looking meals and it breaks my heart. Give me and my team the opportunity to bring you an unforgettable experience that you will not get food poisoning from. God Bless and take care.
