I need to apologize and correct some confusion!!!

Our Christmas Meals are full feasts and half feasts. The Half servings come with HALF of what the full meal offers. If anyone ordered a half, that was under the impression that they would be receiving 5 lbs of prime rib at that cost, please reach out to us so that we can remedy the situation. I will spend a day making calls as well to verify all orders just in case.

Again, I apologize as I didn't see this confusion before-hand.

Can you believe Christmas is only 10 days away???

Do you already have your holiday meal planned out? If not, we have you covered, but we will be closing orders soon!

Your choice of either a more traditional dinner, or go surf and turf style with some Prime Rib and Prawns soaked in a buttery garlic herb marinade 😋 Traditional Full Feast will feed 12 healthy appetites and the Surf and Turf will feed 10. Of course these meals will stretch further if you are sharing with those with smaller appetites.

All orders will be packaged and ready to heat easily to make your day easy as pie! Speaking of... did we mention, the meals come with pie?

Want your Christmas dinner to be a breeze so that you can enjoy that meaningful time with your family?

Let us prepare dinner for you! Whether you are looking for something more traditional or something a little more elaborate, we have you covered! Dessert is included, and we even have some yummy options to add on!

All feasts will come with instructures to heat and serve in oven-ready pans. However, if you want to take the credit for this fabulous meal, we won't mind one bit! Simply throw everything in your own dishes and pull out of the oven just as your guests are entering the room ♥️

Prime Rib will be smoked very rare so that you can gauge just how well you want it done and will include house Au Jus and creamy horseradish sauce.

All orders can be made online using the link below, and will be ready for pickup on the 23rd. We will have 4 meet-up locations to serve both Cowlitz and Lewis Counties. (I've been saying 3... but completely forgot that we do plan on stopping in Castle Rock as well). Once your order is placed, please give me 48 hrs to call you to arrange your pickup location and date (we can squeeze about 2 more orders in for the 24th!)

Smaller meals available upon request and approval 😊 Alao... we have some winter solstice celebrations asking for feasts on the 21st... if you want to get in on that date, please let us know as we prefer to get as much use out of our smoker once that smoke is rollin'

We will be delivering to the Chehalis area on the 23rd and will have availability for both Winlock and Kelso, the 23rd and 24th. (24th has limited spaces available as that is our day with family after we deliver your goods ❤)

2 menu options available and 2 sizes to fit your family's needs. Servings listed are according to 1/2 lbs of meat total per person for the surf and turf and over 1/2 lb for the traditional. At 1/2lb, the traditional will feed up to 12 healthy appetites 😋 For those with smaller appetites, the meals will feed more like 12-15 people. Smaller meals may be available upon approval according to availability. Please reach out to make those arrangements.

Once you place your order, I will reach out to make meet-up arrangements in the order that we receive them. Please allot a 24-48 hour window for me to make contact, as we do have catering's every day for the next several weeks. 🔥🔥🔥

When the husband says we need a picture for the Surf and Turf Christmas Meal, he gets a FEAST for lunch! ♥️♥️♥️

This is 5lbs of Prime Rib and HALF the amount of prawns that will be coming with the full meal (as much as Joel loves these prawns, we didn't want to be wasteful and cook up 40, when he clearly can't eat that many 🤣)

That's how you should be spending your Christmas! And if you let us do the cooking, that is exactly what you will be doing!

Order now to ensure we join your table for this special holiday! We have 2 menu options available so choose the one to your liking and sit back and enjoy your day with family ❤

Prime Rib will be smoked rare so that it can be reheated to your liking 😋 Prawns will be prepared and ready for your initial cook (takes about 15-20 minutes) in order to keep the integrity of this special appetizer.

We will have 3 pickup locations to make receiving your meal convenient. One in Kelso, one in Chehalis, and of course, our Winlock location. Pick ups will be the 23rd and a few spots are still available for the 24th. (Chehalis delivery will only be available on the 23rd.)

Smaller meals available upon request and will be approved based on availability of meats, as we will be cutting the Prime Rib down to size for the orders placed.

Each full meal feeds at least 10 adults. (we figured 1/2 lb servings on the Prime.) If you have smaller appetites, I am sure this could feed up to 12 people. Traditional meal will definitely feed up to 12 people with healthy appetites, but could stretch further with those with children and smaller appetites.

Our Christmas Menu is officially LIVE!!!

Your choice of Surf and Turf or a more Traditional Style Christmas!

All orders will be ready to reheat (a few items, will be given directions for the initial cook, as we want the integrity of our food as perfect as possible!), and ready for pickup on the 23rd of December to make your day easy! We WILL have a few spots available for December 24th, however, those will be on a first come basis. As much as providing a great meal for your family is important to us, it is also important that we spend time with our family as well and we trust that you all understand that ❤

Menu's posted below and are now live online and available for ordering. Right now is a very busy time for us as we are catering many holiday parties and winter weddings, but I will call and confirm pickup date and location in the order that the orders are received, within 24-48 hrs from purchase. (Please disregard the 15 minute pickup window. Our system is set up for online ordering as if you were ordering from doordash, and I cannot bypass that. )

If you want a meal smaller than the half serving, please send us a message or text. We will do our best to accommodate, however, we will need to approve these to insure we have the appropriate stock.

Candice and Jarrod, what a wonderful (yet cold!) day to celebrate your union!

It was an honor to serve you and your loved ones as you stepped into the marred life! We were tickled pink to be a part of such an important moment in your lives ♥️

I had several "favorites" of the day... one being what a beautiful bride Candice was! She sincerely brought the magical feel of winter with her as she entered the ceremony! Second, being the flower girl that absolutely didn't go a moment without giggling! She surely brings so much joy to all around her ♥️ and third... the fact that so many kids (and teens) came back for not seconds or thirds... but FOURTHS to refill their plates. As a child, Brisket was not my favorite... so it truly warmed my heart to see so many young ones enjoying our grub 😋

Thank you for allowing us into your world and for giving us the honor to be present during such a magical moment ♥️♥️♥️

Why, yes... it does feel like Thanksgiving was just yesterday! But Thanksgiving is like one day, right? CHRISTMAS is a SEASON!

That being said, we are so thankful to be included in all your holiday happenings!

A HUGE thank you to our long-time clients at Hampton Lumber for allowing us to prepare their holiday feast for their guests!
This event was a fun one to plan with several emails trying to decide between traditional BBQ or Prime Rib and Hawaiian Chicken. In the end, we were thrilled to offer the entire works. Everything from Cheese Boards, Salad Bar, Prime Rib Carving Station, to Desserts!!!

At the end of our events, we normally touch base quickly with our point of contact and slip out so as not to disturb the party... But Hampton Lumber always goes above and beyone to show their gratitude to us. This time, several of the guys noticed that we were leaving, and the entire room exploded in cheers, applause, and big THANK YOU!'s. That is the best part of our day... knowing our clients and their guests are happy with our performance and product. We say it all the time... we sell experience, not food ♥️ (although... we hear the food is pretty top notch 😉)

We truly are enjoying our expansion into the catering community (not the catering itself... that's old news 😉 But the new menu items and the branching out from JUST BBQ).

((We apologize we didn't get more pictures... but you know what? I'm learning this is normal. Every event, I tell Joel, "we have to get good pictures." And then... I'm too focused on perfection, building relationships with my clients, and finishing the final touches to stop and really whip my phone out for more than a couple of seconds. 🤣 As our relationships are growing with other caterers in larger areas, they tell me that they HIRE photographers because a good caterer honestly doesn't have time!!! Well folks, we aren't there yet, so you have to make do with my fast, sometimes blurry messes of pictures ♥️♥️♥️))

Cheers to all of your holiday celebrations! We are looking forward to celebrating each and every one with you.

Happy Thanksgiving from us to you! We hope your day is filled with so much goodness! From good company, to good food, to good memories, we hope you enjoy it all!

Have any of you tried anything new this year, that has you wondering how you've gone so long without it? For me.... it was the Cranberry relish! 😋😋😋 SOOOOO GOOOD!!!!

And... it's a wrap! (At least for the day... 4 more Feasts being served tomorrow, and 1 on Saturday ♥️)

We want to thank all those who ordered this year for allowing us the honor to join your table on this special holiday!

We prepared food to feed close to 600 people between yesterday and today! We may be running on 3 hours of cat naps in the last 72 hours, but it truly makes our hearts happy to be able to bless those around us with exceptional food at affordable prices and give them the ability to soak in this time with their families, as opposed to spending it in the kitchen ♥️ We were even able to donate a couple feasts as well, so THANK YOU for supporting us and giving us the ability to do that ♥️♥️♥️

We want to give a special THANKS to our wonderful ladies who came in and helped make these last 2 days run smoothly! They were a true blessing to us as orders just kept coming and coming! Their hard work and dedication never fail in these busy moments!

We did have a few hiccups....undercooked a few pies (how was I to know they weren't supposed to look like winco's? I'm truly a much better smoker than I am a baker 🤣), we ran out of ham and spent today smoking more (thankfully, we had multiple pickup days to allow us that time), I accidentally sold our family's turkey (oops! I'm sure a pizza place will be open tomorrow 😉), and what we thought would be one delivery turned into three! BUT... overall, it was a big success, and seeing all the smiles truly makes my heart happy!

We are thankful for each and every one of you, and we hope you all have an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving!

If you missed us this year, we will be back next! And our Christmas Menu is rolling out soon, so be on the lookout for that...

***Spoiler alert!!! (We are contemplating a surf and turf option... prime rib and garlic herb shrimp? MAYBE???? 😋😋😋)***
