Thanks to your incredible support and generosity, Encanto Kitchen has experienced tremendous growth. However, due to the overwhelming demand and without a kitchen space of our own, we are unable to produce the quantity of food needed to meet everyone's needs.

To continue serving our community, we are excited to introduce Gina's PR Kitchen. This new smaller-scale venture will allow us to cater to family events and company appreciation meals, focusing on a more intimate audience. Additionally, we are thrilled to offer cooking classes where you can learn to create our delicious and authentic Puerto Rican cuisine at home.
