Meet Chef Brian DePaulis of Elevated Catering Company!
Chef Brian DePaulis began his culinary journey studying Hotel and Restaurant Management in Wilmington, North Carolina, before navigating through corporate food industry roles. Despite facing challenges, including substance abuse and incarceration, he resurged from dishwasher to sous chef in Raleigh's fine dining scene. Returning to Winston-Salem, his hometown, he became Executive Chef of Providence Catering before founding Elevated Catering Company, emphasizing elevated culinary experiences. Celebrating 15 years of sobriety, Chef Brian prioritizes transforming clients' life moments into unforgettable events through meticulous attention to detail and locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

We just want to share a little bit of the magic that happened last night and also a big thank you to everyone that came out to the dinner and sold it out for only our second experience‼️ Also, a big thank you to everyone involved @celestial_nc @thekettlekernersville thank you 🙏 This dinner was a collaboration that was a long time coming and just by the response,It was a huge hit. We had a really good time collaborating with our friends and also getting to use a lot of North Carolina products that we are super proud of. That’s what these dinners are all about bringing multiple brands into a space ,And really just highlighting what we do ,And helping each other do it at a high-level.
