The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office is issuing a 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 due to a 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 from the National Weather Service in effect 7 PM tonight (2/15) to 1 AM Monday (2/17).

❄️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁:
- Heavy snow, sleet, and freezing rain.
- 6-12 inches of snow/sleet.
- Up to 1/3 inch of ice in some areas.

⚠️ 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀:
- Very difficult travel conditions.
- Possible power outages.

𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀:
✅ Avoid unnecessary travel. If you must drive, slow down and stay alert.
✅ Pack an emergency kit: flashlight, food, water, blankets.
✅ Check on neighbors, especially the elderly or vulnerable.

When Flowers go without homes, at Marie and Rose we try to preserve flowers for seeds, most of the time everything heads to the compost bin.

I had thought about purchasing more varieties for next year, but given what I have in Marie and Rose I haven’t even broke even the last two years.

🍐🌽🥒Our stand has done well with eggs and produce. Therefore, next year that will be our focus. Featuring local backyard eggs, fruits, and produce.

🌷We will occasionally have flowers.
