The Lake George Fire Protection District held a two-day pine needle drop off at Station One May 31 and residents dropped off 541 bags of pine needles.

This years Citywide Cleanup was a HUGE successess. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible, all the participating locations, and the members of our community who volunteered. Woodland Park is our home and we are glad to play a part in keeping in beautiful.

It’s Waste & Recycling Workers Week!🗑️♻️

This week, and every week, we’re celebrating the hardworking individuals behind the scenes, the ones out in all weather, driving early mornings and sketchy roads, keeping our neighborhoods clean and our communities running.

From drivers to sorters, mechanics to customer service reps your work matters, and we’re grateful for everything you do.

Don’t forget to give your waste team a wave, a thank you, and fill out a coloring sheet to put on your cart this week!
