Easy meatball recipie
1 pound hamburger meat
2 green onions
1Tbls minced Garlic, basil paste, Italian seasoning, salt, onion and garlic powder
I tsp pepper
3/4 cup bread crumbs I also added a little panko
1 large egg
Mix together and sear all sides med high heat till brown. Add sauce cover and slow cook on low heat for about 25 minutes. Cook noodles and serve. Add parmesean and fresh basil if you have it over the top!
