What a great weekend! We were so excited to be apart of Twisted Ranch Events & Design Grand Opening / Bridal Fair on Saturday! We had a great time handing out samples of our brisket and loaded baked potato salad to everyone that came out! Hey guys! Sorry for the recent radio silence! It’s been hard to find time to post with all of the events we’ve had lately!!

Here’s a look into a graduation party we catered for Kade Irwin, a new graduate from Goliad High School! Friends and family enjoyed a buffet style fajita nacho bar with:

• Thick Cut Beef Fajitas
• Chicken Fajitas
• Blackened Shrimp
• Spanish Rice
• Refried Beans
• Chocolate Sheet Cake
• Tres Leches Cake
• And all of the fixings!

It was also the first event we’ve held at the new Lazy J Events venue in Goliad! The newly renovated space was a perfect choice for the party!
