Hey guys! Sorry for the recent radio silence! It’s been hard to find time to post with all of the events we’ve had lately!!

Here’s a look into a graduation party we catered for Kade Irwin, a new graduate from Goliad High School! Friends and family enjoyed a buffet style fajita nacho bar with:

• Thick Cut Beef Fajitas
• Chicken Fajitas
• Blackened Shrimp
• Spanish Rice
• Refried Beans
• Chocolate Sheet Cake
• Tres Leches Cake
• And all of the fixings!

It was also the first event we’ve held at the new Lazy J Events venue in Goliad! The newly renovated space was a perfect choice for the party!

We take pride in what we serve our customers; that’s why every link of sausage is made by hand!

Thanksgiving briskets are on and pies are in the oven! Both will be ready for pickup tomorrow! Woodsboro 10am-Noon Goliad 3pm-5pm Can’t wait to get these to you guys!

We had a fun weekend making some pulled pork! You know it’s done right when that bone comes out clean!😉

Thanks for everyone’s participation in our giveaway we had a blast! Can’t wait to drop off the winnings with Larissa Bedolla! We hope to be able to do more giveaways and keep things interesting for you guys!

We’ve been working hard to perfect our sausage recipe and we’ve finally found a flavor profile that fits what we’re all about!! Lots of hours, recipe trials, and miles of casings have made it possible for us to come up with our Gringos Locos Original Sausage! Stay tuned for more, we love to bring new and exciting recipes to your next event!
