Here in the Midwest we are beginning to see the start of a new season!

Even though we close out our 2023 wedding season in a month we still have 4 more weddings!!!!

“The Happy Trailer team made our outdoor June wedding extra special! We had a total of 4 food trucks, and one of them being Peri. The guests loved the overall aesthetics of Peri and really added to the vibe. The service was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better team of bartenders! Chandra was very accommodating of the little situation we had on the day of the wedding when the slushy machine we rented from another company failed to work. They were quick to think of a solution and all was good in the end. If you’re looking for an amazing open bar and bartenders, you won’t go wrong with the Happy Trailer Co team!” - Andrea

Let’s talk booze for your wedding….

We now have about 2 years of experience in serving at weddings AND we have a couple quick tips.

If you decide to serve a signature drink, everyone will try it. Usually it’ll be their first drink of the evening.

Your friends might drink wine at home, but likely choose something else at your wedding. We have NEVER run out of wine, it’s always in surplus.

Consider choosing a full bar for your wedding. It allows your bartenders to back off on the amount of alcohol consumed by your guests to ensure their safety. Beer and wine can’t be diluted.

Make sure your bartenders leave everything not being used, unopened. It’ll allow you to return back to the store and save you some $$.

Want to cut down the drink line at your party or wedding? Use our grab and go station!

We use our grab and go station at every wedding and it makes a tremendous difference on keeping the bar line down!

Our barback keeps ice cold non alcoholic drinks fully stocked the entire night so that your under age or non-drinking crowd don’t have to wait in line! It’s a win-win for everyone!

We’re so grateful to run a side hustle that allows us to step away from our normal work load! Having fun while bartending and working at your weddings is a amazing reprieve!

Oh yeah! Both bars are headed out on Saturday! And we’re booking both bars for multiple dates in 2023 already!

We’ve given you 2 separate aesthetics in our trailers!

Walker is our 2 horse trailer which features a grey exterior and traditional decor.

Peri is our 4 horse trailer featuring an all black exterior and western boho decor. Peri has 2 serving windows(on either side)and can accommodate 4 bartenders!

They’re the same base price and come with an amazing team of bartenders and barbacks!
