People don’t realize how much sacrifice it takes. The truth is, anyone could do the same. Many are too afraid, too comfortable, or just don’t truly believe they can.

There will always be people who don’t want to see you do better than them. People who want to take or tear down what you’ve built. Organizations that will try to silence & exclude you. Times when others will get support, and you won’t.

The moment you put it in your mind that nothing is stopping you except yourself, everything changes.
If you gotta do this alone, do it alone. Just do it.

Taki Udon has shared some details about the SS One, a codename for an FPGA console designed to play PS One games. FPGA chips allow developers to replicate the performance of classic systems on a hardware level rather than using software, as is the case with traditional emulation. This ensures a much higher level of accuracy and removes issues like latency and input lag. Udon added that the device will be compatible with the MiSTer framework for playing games from other systems like the Sega Saturn and more. He has clarified that the console will be sold with an optional disc drive that will resemble a 'slim version of the main console'. The console will also support original controllers and memory cards and offers analog and digital output (HDMI, DIN10, VGA, Component, Composite), NFC, WiFi and Bluetooth. Udon states that the SS One will start at $149, but only for early adopters. We look forward to seeing more from this 🔥👀
