My garlic bread steak bites are a great appetizers, or light bite dinner for Spring and Summer. This recipe uses sirloin steaks which are affordable and because they are sliced thin for this, can feed a crowd. This recipe can also be grilled. The recipe is linked in the comments. Mine are topped with a horseradish cream which the recipe is also in the same post. If you’re scared of cooking steak, don’t be. I give easy directions. If you’re an Aldi shopper they have great petite sirloins for this recipe that are super affordable.
