With the recent staffing transitions, Cascades is hiring for a full-time, year-round staff position: Maintenance Manager.

The Maintenance Manager works under the direction of the Director of Operations. They may assist in overseeing seasonal staff and summer staff (“O-Team”). Job duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring overall guest readiness of our facilities and grounds, managing areas inside and around the shop, maintaining equipment, and assisting with other functions of Cascades as needed (housekeeping, activities, office work, etc.).

❄ 2025 POLAR PLUNGE ✅ ❄

Shoutout to Stacey, Annika, Mark, Denise, Eric, David, Karen, Liam, and Paul for helping us raise a final total of $7,257 for new waterfront gear! 🚣‍♂️💙 And of course, a huge round of applause for Rob for being a good sport and jumping in with this amazing crew! 👏

After the big splash, we celebrated by warming up in the sauna, sipping on hot drinks, and enjoying the most famous (and most delicious) Cascades cinnamon rolls. ☕

THANK YOU to everyone who donated and made this possible! Because of you, our campers will have an even better summer at the waterfront. 🌊💙

As we step into the new year, we’re saying farewell to two incredible team members, Katie "Hammer" Keck and Alex "Oseye" Farag. We’re so grateful for the ways they’ve poured into this ministry and can’t wait to see where God leads them next!
