My dear flower friends, due to the continuing drought and intense heat we will, very sadly, be closing for the season a whole month sooner than anticipated. To all those who have picked our flowers, photographed in our field, and all those who have delighted in the flowers; we give our heartfelt thanks for supporting our flower farm. Happy hump day! And I just want to let you all know that our fence has been repaired and the gate is now open to our gravel drive, which is the usual entrance to the flower u-pick! I’m expanding our weekend hours to match our weekday hours so we are now open daily 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.! Hope to see you soon!

Picking flowers for a wedding rehearsal dinner! Aren’t they gorgeous?! I still have sunflowers and filler flowers to add and this bucket is traveling all the way to Nebraska this weekend …with me! 🤣 Don’t worry, I will leave supplies so that you are still able to pick flowers yourselves this weekend!

Just harvested! Even though it it is wild, windy and wet, the zinnias still need to be picked so they’ll come back stronger and more prolific than ever! This bucket full is only a fraction of what is out there! If you need a bright pick-me-up, these beauties will do the trick!

We are open for our regular business hours! As you can see the sunflowers are beginning to bloom! There are a variety of colors and they are so beautiful! There is no extra charge for sunflowers when adding them to your mixed flower bouquet. If you’d like to pick strictly sunflowers, they are $3 a stem

What’s blooming? Blanket Flower, Bachelor Buttons, Chinese Forget-Me-Nots, Shasta Daisies, Sweet William, Larkspur, Poppies, Spotted Bee Balm, Coreopsis, & Babies Breath.
Highlight on Bee Balm or Horse Mint;
It is an herb that is an anti inflammatory. I think it looks so lovely and unique in a bouquet!

The flower field is open by appointment today since I will be with my family, just message me here if you’d like to come out! It’s easy! This is the last day for $10 pick all you want bouquets, for now!
