Our menu features premium ingredients, including grade #1 large baking potatoes, quality cheddar cheese shredded from the block, and fresh produce. Our chili is a proprietary recipe, made from scratch, while our barbecue sauce and salsa are also homemade, with the latter crafted from fresh tomatoes, white onions, cilantro, jalapeños, garlic, lime juice, and seasonings. We smoke our pulled pork and brisket in-house.

Taking orders now for pick up next Saturday, August 3rd! Listen, if you’re not into brisket loaded baked potatoes but just want smoked brisket, I got you! I will have a brisket sandwich with my homemade peach bourbon bbq sauce! It is absolutely amazing! Not on the menu but you can pre order now for next Saturday, August 3rd.

Hello and welcome to The potato lab! We will be having a pop up Saturday, August 3rd with a limited menu starting at 10:00am. I’ll be taking reservations a week in advance.
